Well we got blown out this weekend. Temperatures were around 26 degrees in the early AM and the wind was gusting to 20kts. That gave us a wind chill of roughly 15 degrees and there was a small craft warning posted. Since we aren't part of the Deadliest Catch crew we decided not to risk someone going swimming in 38 degree water. On a happy note, Justin went to Los Suenos in November and caught this rooster fish which is huge. It weighed in at 50lb, and he was a happy camper. As we all know, Justin is the ultimate fisherman. When he goes on vacation what does he do? That's right he goes fishing. Here is the picture. Ther is video, and I will have it posted as soon as Shannon sends it. Capt Ken

Well the steering has been rebuilt and we finally got a few Rockfishing trips in. After some trial and error, and adapting our gear to a different style of fishing, Justin and I finally have the rockfishing down. We took the Joe Gigler party out this weekend and limited out on fish over 28 inches and got one 24 inches. Bay fishing is a bit different than ocean fishing and we had to make a set of planer boards. We found in order to slow the Daydreamer down to a speed that would entice rockfish to bite we had to tow a large plastic storage container and a bucket. Once we made these adjustments, the fish started cooperating. Joe has fished with us several times in Ocean City and we we're glad to give him a good day. We had a steady day of action, starting off with a 39" Rockfish. We then got one 24" long and after that they got bigger. a couple of 40" rockfish and one 41" long. I finally remembered to bring the camera. Even though I didn't get any video we did get a nice picture. Justin and I want to do one more trip this Saturday December 13. Give me a call and I will give you a deal you can't refuse. Remember I have a comfortable heated cabin so you don't have to worry about freezing for 6 hours Capt Ken
